Sister Marva sat up in bed. I looked at her, eyes glistening. She began telling me a testimony of a rough time in her life when she was begging God to "take away" a particular situation in her life. I listened intently. Her recollection of the anguish filled prayers struck a nerve in me.

I've been following Michael D. Waters's Joyful 'toons for about three years now and I have always enjoyed their appeal. Call me a kid at heart - I love cartoons; and, Mike's toons are very reminiscent of old school favorites like Looney Tunes and Popeye.

Happy Valentine’s Day, Kroger

You have to understand that I've known Wal-Mart for a long time and she has so many of the things that I like. So many. It's like every time I'm with her I try to focus on one thing but then I see five other things about her that just keep me there. But last night was the final straw.
